We collect the name, physical address, phone number, electric utility bill information and/or email address of participants in the solar-related programs and promotion that we introduce from time to time. For individuals indicating an interest in purchasing a solar system, we will provide some or all of such data to business partners who market or install such systems. We also use the name and email address data combined with IP address or device identifier for identification purposes, to identify each participant in our programs, in order to ensure that a single individual participates only once in the program.
We may communicate with you for different purposes, using the phone number and/or email address that you provided. We may contact your to confirm your identity, or specific actions you requested. We may send you responses to emails you send us. We may send surveys, requests for feedback regarding user experience and Site operations. We may contact you by phone and/or send you communications and offers about our programs or services or those of business partners. If you do not wish to receive these surveys, user feedback emails, or other commercial communications, please opt out in any offer email you receive from us.
We use log data in aggregated form (i.e. we combine all the log data of all visitors without associating the data to the names or email addresses of these visitors) to create statistics that we use for the administration and improvement of our Site.
